Buxar, September 5, 2025 – Buxar Medical City Foundation today launched a three-day Tuberculosis (TB) Awareness Campaign in Buxar town. Running from September 5 to 7, 2025, the campaign aims to inform the public about symptoms of TB, preventive measures, the importance of timely testing, and free treatment services available through government health facilities.
Day One Highlights
On the first day, an awareness stall was set up at Station Road, Buxar, where Foundation volunteers and health workers engaged directly with citizens. IEC materials such as pamphlets, posters, and banners were distributed. The team also reached out to people in the community to dispel misconceptions about TB, emphasize the importance of early diagnosis, and highlight the availability of free treatment.
