    On the auspicious occasion of Republic Day, the Buxar Medical City Foundation successfully inaugurated its De-Addiction and Rehabilitation Centre at Jaso Road, near Kali Mandir, Buxar. This initiative marks a significant step toward building a drug-free and healthier society.

    Program Began with Flag Hoisting

    The inauguration ceremony commenced with the hoisting of the National Flag, creating an atmosphere of patriotism and social responsibility. Following this, the Director of the Foundation, Mr. Ram Narayan, formally inaugurated the centre by cutting the ribbon.

    Centre Visit and Facility Overview

    After the inauguration, dignitaries, social workers, and members of the public visited the centre and were briefed about the facilities available. The centre offers:

    • De-addiction treatment
    • Psychological counseling
    • Rehabilitation and reintegration support

    The aim is not only medical treatment but also emotional and social rehabilitation of individuals affected by substance abuse.

    Addressing the gathering, Mr. Ram Narayan stated that addiction has become a major challenge for society. He emphasized that the centre will work to restore confidence, dignity, and self-reliance among individuals struggling with addiction, helping them return to a respectful and productive life.

    A Strong Step Toward a Drug-Free Society

    The establishment of this De-Addiction and Rehabilitation Centre by Buxar Medical City Foundation is being widely appreciated as a strong and meaningful effort toward creating a drug-free society. The program witnessed the presence of local dignitaries, representatives of voluntary organizations, and a large number of citizens.
